Within our production site Vertical Farm we are looking for a Head Vertical Farm, to coordinate all activities and processes within this area. Someone always ready to put HANDS and MIND on the work to do.

Autonomy

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for plants and understanding their physiology/growth
  • Technical and technology minded 
  • Strong team management skills
  • High level of responsibility
  • Autonomy in work and decision-making
  • Fluent in Dutch and English 

Nice to have

  • Experience in similar jobs - with responsibility and team management
  • Experience/knowledge in indoor farming

Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordinate and supervise all labours within our Vertical Farm
  • Control the plant growing processes 
  • Team coordination and management
  • Follow up all technics from the Vertical Farm
  • Report results and findings
  • Make things happen !!!
